My office is located at OK Clinical Therapy Group in Abbotsford. All sessions—both in-person and virtual—are booked and conducted through OK Clinical, which provides a secure, professional, and confidential platform for counselling.

In-person sessions take place in a welcoming space with amenities such as a waiting room, washrooms, and tea. The office is on the second floor (no elevator) with free on-site parking.

Most extended health benefit plans in BC provide partial or full coverage for sessions with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Coverage varies by plan, so it’s a good idea to check your specific benefits. You will receive a receipt after each session for reimbursement if needed.

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and explore how counselling might support you. We’ll talk about what’s most important to you, and you’ll have a chance to ask questions so you feel comfortable and informed moving forward.

• Phone: Sessions are conducted by phone and offer flexibility and accessibility for clients who prefer audio-only sessions or have limited internet access.

All counselling records and communications are kept strictly confidential in accordance with professional standards and privacy legislation in BC. This includes secure storage of session notes and digital communications.

Confidentiality may only be breached in exceptional circumstances required by law, such as risk of harm to yourself or others.

Yes. Virtual and phone sessions are conducted using secure, encrypted platforms to protect your privacy. You are encouraged to choose a private, quiet space for your sessions to maintain confidentiality.

No, I currently work with individuals only. I am passionate about supporting healthy and safe relationships through one-on-one counselling.
